What primary services do you offer?
General maintenance and repairs. Along with roof replacements. We will fix anything with the exception of issues best handled by an ASE Certified mechanic.
What do you specialize in?
All brands of RV and Camper repairs. We even specialize in Airstream bodywork.
What are the rates of your services?
Our hours are dictated by an RV resource guide per job. NOT on how long it actually takes us to perform. However, our hourly labor rate is $120. (Lowest in the Midlands!)
Why Doc Holiday's?
As an actual cousin (descended down of course) of Doc Holiday's grew up with some grit but, more importantly than that, he learned early on the importance of the "Golden Rule" as we were taught in school. He also learned later in life about the importance of doing a better job than the next man for a price that the larger corporations just can't keep up with.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do offer $10 OFF all labor to all Veterans that can show proof of their service.
Do you wash campers?
This service is no longer offered but, we can refer you to someone who will.
Do you do warranty claims or work?
We have just started to accept some extended warranty plans and we do accept insurance claims. However, even though we are very familiar with for instance Dometic brand appliances we are not listed as a dealer nor authorized warranty service center due to Dometic's requirement to carry $10K worth on parts on inventory. Yes, it is a monetary issue where carrying that high amount of parts is not yet, beneficial to us.
